What helps with morning sickness specially if it last all day?

  • For me it was Saltine crackers and ginger freaking cliche lol but it honestly did help a little bit

  • I was the same as Crafty26, as long as I had little snacks and my stomach wasn't empty I feel decent, not awesome, but decent.

  • Try cool fresh fruit, oranges, grapes, watermelon, all melons are great, peaches, pineapple, things like that. I'm not so sure about the bananas though.... I know I know I love bananas too but they never seemed to due the job for me

  • i had really bad all day sickness with this pregnancy..i tried crackers..i tried eating very small light snacks..the only thing that worked for me was ginger..anything ginger..its natural for settling your stomach..i personally had ginger lemon tea and it worked every time..

  • last night I ate a snack before I went to be and a snack at 5am and that seem to help with my morning sickness some I dont feel as sick as I have been every morning
