Any vegetarians that dont like to cook?

I would love to put more vegetarian meals into my families weekly dinners. But 1. It has to be a yummy dish that meat is not "missed"
2. I HATE COOKING! lol. so it has to be a bit simple. and every veg meal I look up seems to call for tons of ingrediente, chopping, mixing, measuring.

So are there an vegetarians that are not crazy about cooking & have simple recipes?

  • Throw frozen veggie mixes in the crock pot, or buy single veggies and mix them to your liking, add a sauce of some sort, and make stew. 5-10 minutes prep, 4-8 hour in the crock pot. You can make all kinds of soups/stews this way.

  • 2 cans navy or white beans, drained
1 can diced tomatoes w/Italian seasoning
1 carton veggie broth or V8
    1 shredded carrot

Dump in a pot, let simmer and serve with bread

  • Me! I hate to cook; though I love to feed my family tasty and nutritious meals. Just about everything I make takes under 30 minutes. Send me a message if you would like some recipes.

  • No time to cook! You can find veggie burgers, tofu franks in your frozen section at the supermarket.

  • Lots of frozen veggie items that are microwaveable. It gets spendy though when you feed a family that way. I'm the only veggie in my house so its affordable. Other than suggestions.
