Becoming an RN?

I was just curious if you can do it all online?
I Dont know if it would be the right thing or not haha!
And how many classes it would take to be an RN?

I dont want to have a bunch of schools calling me and harassing me to go to their school!!

  • Only LPN-RN programs can be done online, and clinicals have to be done in person for those classes as well. The online lpn-rn program is not accepted for licensure in all states.

  • No, you can't do it all online but might be able to do some classes online. At community colleges it's typically a 2 year course for your RN, but if you have some college already it might take a shorter amount of time.

  • No, you can do some of the prerequisites on line but that is it. In most schools you do about 30 prerequisites credits or so and then the program is 5 semesters long

  • No u cannot do all online since u will have to do clinicals or practical or hands on care or studies. It takes anywhere from two to three years depending on ur level of education ie if u have a degree, diploma and what have u.
