  • French toast - a loaf of day-old bread (or whatever gets marked down where you're at), a dozen eggs, and some fruit. Or pancakes, egg, fruit. Anything with beans - especially if you start with dry beans - soup, beans & rice, things like that.

  • How about some kind of a wrap and a tossed salad? Hot dogs with mac & cheese or fries? Hamburgers and potato salad? Chicken breasts, potatoes & veg? There's lots of stuff!

  • just look fr anything on sale. honestly with coupons you can save so much money. If you get a bag of chicken you can do so many things. I made a pot of chili the other night and it was about $15 all together but has lasted 3 days.

  • forgot to mention, chicken and noodles. 1/2 of a whole chicken, boil til it's done, pick apart and add meat and noodles into the broth. cook until noodles are done. You can also add chopped up carrots and celery when you put the noodles in, they'll be perfectly done by the time the noodles are.
