Can anyone give me a simple recipie for beef enchaladas?

  • Cook 1 lb ground beef. Season (to taste) with approx 1 T taco seasoning . Purchase 2 cans of premade enchilada sauce. Spread about 1/2 can into bottom of baking dish. Place about 1/4 C meat into flour-sized tortillas. Sprinkle some cheese inside, before rolling up. Place seam down in baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas. Sprinkle with additional cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. Approx 20-30 minutes. Serve with sour cream or chopped cilantro, if desired. Enjoy!

  • read the recipe on the back of the can of Old El Paso enchilada sauce. Pretty easy -add sauce to cooked ground meat roll in tortilla add more sauce on top and add shredded cheese bake until warmed through.

  • eI simmer leftover roast beef in enchilada and tomato saumore chesece till it falls easily apart. Soften the corn totillas in a bit of warm oil. Pour some ench sauce in the baking pan. Put a little roast beef mix and mexican blend s
    shreeded cheese on the totillaand roll up. top with remaing ench sauce and more cheese and bake at 350 for 30- 40 min.
