If you watch 'House Hunters'

would you watch it if the homes were trailers, or very modest homes..... under $100,000.... instead of the homes that are over a quarter mil/ half mil or more?

  • Sure..I've seen them show homes in the $140K-200K range. What amazes me are the 'modest' homes (less than 3bdrms/1ba, 1200sqft) that sell for $500k+ ! Its interesting to know that our home would go for $1M+ in California or Chicago. Its 4bd/3ba-2600sqft-brick, valued HERE for $265K.

  • I've seen some modest homes. Not often, but enough that I'm okay with it. I wouldn't want to watch trailers. I don't like House Hunters International, and don't watch very often now that I know they've already chosen the home and are in the middle of closing and the other 2 'choices' are just for show.

  • I just love that show. Yeah I wish they would show more moderately priced homes in all areas and "trailers" would be ok.

  • i think they should have a wide variety, I watch it to see what the markets are in other parts of the country. The same $800,000 in CA would only be a $400,000 here in Wa. I think they show a pretty wide variety. I really like the international one.
