When is a normal age to take your toddler down to 1 nap a day?

  • My youngest was 18 months when she went to one nap a day. My oldest was clost to 2, however my son was 2 when he stopped taking a nap at all. It all depends on the child.

  • My son went down to 1 nap a day at 9 months-10 months, then back to 2 naps from 10 months-14 months old. As long as they are getting a TOTAL of 12 hours a day. whatver they want is fine.

  • There isnt rly a certain age... they will let you know when they dont wanna take 2 naps anymore.... my daughter was about 18 months when she dropped her 2nd nap... just one day she stopped taking it...

  • My son sort of did it himself at around 16 months. I prefer the one, longer nap!
