Jaycee Dugard case . . .

http://xfinity.comcast.net/articles/news-national/20110428/US.Kidnapped.Girl.Found/

Apparently the man and woman who kidnapped her finally came to their senses and decided to plead guilty.  Originally they had pled not guilty.  I'm glad Jaycee and her daughters will not have to go through a trial.

(Edited the title because I originally misspelled the last name.)

  • Maybe they found out what could happen to them if they pled not guilty and were found guilty.

  • For a minute, I thought this was about the family that has 19 kids. But this girl's last name is Dugard. What a horrible thing. Glad she won't have to go through trial too.

  • I edited the title of the post to reflect the proper spelling of the girl's name.

  • My problem is they probably plea bargained and what punishment are they getting. It really chaps my hide that criminals can do this!!!
