  • yes its normal ^__^ i lost 10lbs in the first few months of my pregnancy, don't worry about gaining weight at the beginning, just worry about eating foods that power baby's growth in brain development bone ect. make sure your getting all the healthy foods you can get your hands on. You'll start gaining weight around month 3 or 4 depending on your baby ^__- you might gain a lot or just a little depending on how you eat what your baby's needs vs what your body needs and just your day to day activities and how they affect your body. dont worry about your weight gain untill your about 3 months in

  • Just eat as healthy as you can and make sure you are getting at LEAST 2500 Calories. That's like a diet amount people cut down to in order to lose weight. You don't necessarily have to be gaining weight for your baby to be getting all that she/he needs

  • oh... and as she/he grows of coarse you should gain weight but it may not be a whole lot
