• Honestly that's what I thought...but I have had a couple of people that have a much much higher level of education tell me the answer is (1).

• well technically yes. You multiply first then divide... so
2+1=3
3x3=6
6/6=1

• Yup, you multiply the 2 and 3 first, then you divide.

• the correct answer is 9. PEMDAS...is the key.

• if you use PEMDAS then the answer is still 1...
