What can I use?

pain in my shoulder that radiates down my arm and into my back?

  • A rice sock, Fill a old tube sock with rice, tie heat in micro till warm. Hope it gets better!

  • Maybe a pinched nerve in your neck, Chiropractor could help.  I have to admit my first thought was of heart issues though, my mom was 49 when she had her first one.

  • thanks I can't even lift my toddler right now it hurts so much; and no it isn't my heart I have already dealt with that am on medicine for it

  • Have you tried icy hot cream or patch ? That sometimes helps with pain and discomfort

  • It's actually called referred pain. What happens is your muscle gets pinch and it causes pain to follow nerve endings throughout the body :).
