ok i jog every day 29 min so far i lost 59 pounds im 5 foot and now i way 141 is that still a vary bad weight to be at i wanna no the perfect size to be healthyAnswer Question

Based on the chart, you have to be 125lbs. or less to be in the healthy range. So yes, at 141lbs., you are considered overweight. But you have to be super proud of where you've come from. Congrats on your weight loss!!
