Am i over weight

ok i jog every day 29 min so far i lost 59 pounds im 5 foot and now i way 141 is that still a vary bad weight to be at i wanna no the perfect size to be healthy

  • you can find BMI calculators on the web. But also know that you should take your body type/bone structure as well as your muscle mass into consideration. For 5' I think 141 is technically overweight, but I know (I'm 5') when I was 130's I looked and felt the best, dropped into 120s and looked too skinny (granted I was there because of eating very little and working out too much)

  • ideal weight is 100 lbs for 5 ft and then 5 more lbs for every inch. i know that i'm 5'2 1/2" and 136 is the cut off of healthy and 137 is overweight. i'm 106. anyway if 137 is overweight for 5'2" then i'm gonna say that 130 is the cut off for 5 ft

  • Based on the chart, you have to be 125lbs. or less to be in the healthy range. So yes, at 141lbs., you are considered overweight. But you have to be super proud of where you've come from. Congrats on your weight loss!!

  • thnaks im trying so hard it pretty hard to loss weight when you have kids running around and lots of things to do im going to do it i was almost b200 pounds and im lossing it i can do it for a beter me

  • congrats on the pounds you lost, but yes at your height it is over weight, but you can keep on loosing, you go on mom, you can do this!
