What do you put in your oatmeal?

I just put brown sugar but I had to put a ton in, and I still couldn't really taste anything.
blech.

I'm trying to loose weight sooooooo what do yall put in your oatmeal that adds great flavor but is still good for you?

  • if you're trying to lose weight you're better off eating eggs in the morning than oatmeal. that's just carbs you don't need and carbs make you fat. eggs are protein and that's what your body needs

  • I chop up an apple and cook it with, or add raisins, or sometimes both. Lots of cinnamon. A little brown sugar. And some almond or coconut mik. Sometimes just a couple drops of vanilla.
