Any suggestions to calm nerves and make nausia go away?

My nerves are so shot that I can't eat. Everything makes me want to puke. All day, I've eaten 2 saltine crackers (after which I threw up) and a bite of yogurt which almost instantly made me want to throw up....

I'm about to attempt a peanut butter sandwich bc I feel faint and have no energy. Any other suggestions?

  • I only did this if I was at my worst.. but I took tylanol cause it's the only recommendation, cause you can also take it while pregnant too... I never ate saltine when I was sick. I was always outside for air... Taking deep breaths, and taking a short walk.
Anything else is a mystery, but I hope you get to feeling better, no one ever likes getting nausia

  • Pickles? hmmmm....never heard of that one. ....I wish I could go outside. The reason I am such a nervous wreck is out there, though. The girl my husband cheated with lives in the apartment right in front of ours....like 10 feet away.
