Fresh orange chunks into a chicken cavity....

being used for aroma/juices only .... would you still use if the peel (not the flesh of orange though) had become moldly?

  • no- But you could cut it off and just use the inside to stuff, for aroma.

  • i would still use the orange, its not like the inside got infected but if you peeled it and it had become black inside, i wouldnt. Be sure to smell it when peeled too. i had just used a moldy onion yesterday, it was all good.
