  • Some say to keep crackers by your bed and eat a few before your feet ever touch the floor. However, nothing worked for me. I was sick, sick, sick.

  • soda crackers, anything bland. if you can't eat at all, then clear liquids are good. i took what's called B-Natal. It's an over the counter vitamin b enriched losenge that is effective for some women with morning sickness.

  • dont eat anything spicy, even spagetti sauce. eat bland foods like mashed potatoes, rice, applesauce, give them all trys to see what works for you, i tried the ginger snaps they recommended but the very smell of them made me gag.
