Please help! I feel like I have eaten a buffet every time I eat? Any ideas? Read more in details!

I am not talking about a big meal! I am talking about an english muffin with 3 egg whites, a luna protein bar, a chobani yogurt...these small meals make me feel sooooooooooooo full! I continue to eat because I truly believe in the importance of 4-6 meals daily, but I am really struggling after I eat. I have to eat a little bit more because I teach a lot of group exercise classes weekly and burn between 3500-5500 calories weekly with just workouts.

Anyone else have this issues? If so, any solutions that have helped you?

  • It will pass. I went through that. I remember I went and order my favorite meal from texas road house. I had been craving it all week. I ate a roll and a salad and didn't want anything else.

  • Depending on how pregnant you are, you may be running out of room. Most women will go throught this at some point during pregnancy. Suggestions would be more smaller meals.

    This was just a week and a half ago so I don't think I amout of room.  Have gained about 17 lbs, but still have lots of time to grow!  :(
