  • Make sure you drink plenty of water. If your body isn't used to all the extra fiber in Kashi bars, you will get constipated. Add fiber slowly, and increase your water. Those two things alone will make a difference. Try to keep the processed foods to a minimum (like the Vienna sausages and lunch meats), because they're loaded with sodium. Hard boiled eggs are very easy. I get nonfat plain Greek yogurt and add some fresh or thawed frozen berries and granola, veggies and hummus (even better when homemade), fruit... I make a big salad a couple of times a week with stuff that appeals to me, and I end up snacking on that for a few days. Easy on the cheese and croutons! =)

  • low carb is how you loose weight. you can do lunch meat wraps with cheese and condiments. you can also eat vienna sausages. boiled eggs don't have any carbs either.

  • these are all great ideas!! thanks although i do have a question about the vienna sausages aren't they really unhealthy for you? i haven't had those in a long time i used to give them to my kids when they were little but always thought they were kinda like hot dogs not the best choice for a snack.
