Where to start?

Ok I have been walking/jogging everyday this past week I had to work all week with long hours next week I will be able to catch up on my walking/ jogging but do I do what I was doing or should I start over as if I was a beginner:/

  • According to some excercise experience from my husband ( he's a workout nut, lol!) , he says if you miss less than 2 weeks, you can jump right back in full force. Good for you for excercising and having that motivation! Hope you get the results you want!
