  • We pureed a ton of veggies all in one day. Put about a half cup of each kind into zip locks and froze the ziplocks. One days of work pays off all month. We thaw and mix the squash or carrot puree into Mac and Cheese and they don't even know it is there - orange puree! Then, we thaw and blend the cauliflower into the egg batter for the breaded chicken nuggets that are simply cubed chicken rolled in egg and rolled in Progresso Italian breadcrumbs, and then baked. Sometimes the puree broccoli works in those too. These are all examples of ideas we got out of that book by Jerry Sienfeld's wife, Jessica Seinfeld. I think its called "Sneaky Chef". I am proud to say we have been able to get them to eat some sort of veggie serving every day, although with kids, things can always change. They might figure it out and then protest the "hidden" flavors. . . .you just never know with a Toddler. LOL.

  • I just tell him that he has to take 3 big bites, and he usually does it. He doesn't like to but he will. And I always tell him that they are going to make him big and strong just like Daddy and Spiderman LOL

  • Cover them in ketchup or something else that he really does like, put sugar on them. Give him one gummy snack for every large bite of veggies that he eats. Blend it up with ice cream and let him drink it as a shake. Make sure to use food coloring if the veggies are green, hahaha...or tell him it's a shrek shake.
