Can you re-heat breat milk?

Since I went back to work, this stuff is like liquid gold. If my baby doesn't finish a bottle, can I refrigerate it and re-use it later?

  • i always heard no. especially if it's frozen. there's brewers yeast tea that will help you produce more milk

  • No. I would suggest storing small amounts, 2-3 oz at a time.

  • In my medela handbook, it says the thawed room temp. BM is good for 7 hours.
