Is there anything you can to lose weight while breastfeeding?

Besides eating good and exercise?

  • The simple fact that you are breastfeeding helps. Drinks LOTS of water, that always helps. If you haven't done one in the past year I would suggest a 7day full body cleanse to kick start a diet/exercise regimen. I had one last year, lost 6lbs in a week WHILE bf. Walk walk walk. Bring the baby out with you and enjoy the weather! Find a nice big hill to walk up ;)
