Gas Prices

So gas jumped 22 cents here in the last week. How are you all holding up?

  • The "best" price here in Central Texas is $3.69. Mostly its $3.79-3.85

  • Last I saw it, it was $4.10-$4.15 and that was for 89 grade.

Where I live in eastern Ohio is considered a "depressed area" and yet we always seem to have the highest gas prices. Ugh.

  • my work pays for most of my gas, so it is not bothering me much. we have never gone away much so we are not having to force ourselves to stay home.

  • it's the groceries that are killing us actually. Lately we've been doing a lot of biking riding and walking. Thankfully the furthest place we have to go is just four miles a way. So with fuel we're making it. With groceries- it just sucks!
