  • I add 1 tsp of flaxseed meal to her breakfast. (she's one).

  • plenty of fruits and vegetables, i replace anything white with brown (whole wheat flour instead of white, whole grain bread instead of white, brown rice instead of white, whole wheat pasta instead of regular).

  • I give him things with lots of fiber to eat. :) Whole grains, fruits (unpeeled) etc.
