  • Mine eat several servings of fruit and vegetables most days. They have yogurt several times a week. And we eat whole wheat products like bread and pasta and rice.

  • I give my kids fiber bars and mila (chia seed) and lots of fruits and vegies to get fiber in them. I don't believe in canned products.
