If you know for a fact that you ovulated, then you could be pregnant. LH (ovulation hormone detected by OPKs) and hCG (pregnancy hormone detected by HPTs) are very similar, but hCG has a little extra something on it that LH doesn't. So OPKs can actually detect LH and hCG, while HPTs can only detect hCG. However, if you don't know 100% that you ovulated when you think you did, you could just now be ovulating late.
Basically...if you did, in fact, ovulate 10 days ago...get a pregnancy test. I bet it will be positive. :)
