  • Pedialyte or the no salt Gatorade to keep him hydrated. Try an ounce about every 30 min. If he can keep it down for a few hours then give another ounce. And keep it up till he quiets throwing up and then start with non clear liquids, then bland breads and so on till he is eating normal again.

  • Give your child bits of bread and see if it stays down. If it dose add some jam to it until your child say no more. But i hope your child feel better soon.

  • We just went through this. Our pediatrician said 1 teaspoon of pedialyte and then wait 5 minutes. If he kept it down then give him another teaspoon, etc. After an hour of keeping the pedialyte down, up it to a tablespoon every 5 minutes. Make sure all liquids are room temperature, and don't give them anything to eat or drink for 30 minutes after they have thrown up to give their stomach a chance to settle down.
