  • i like the wii fit plus because it gives me a count of calories and i burned for that workout. plus it weighs me and i can work on my balance and strength

  • i like jogging and tae bo! i love to feel all that oxygen in my lungs! we are getting a total gym this week!

  • Resistance training and running mostly but I also take a pilates class and a kickboxing class once a week

  • Water aerobics or swimming. Easy on the joints and a good whole body workouts. plus you can hot tub afterwards!

  • Well, I'm a runner, but I'm also a beachbody coach- I LOVE Insanity, do P90X, have done P90, Yoga Booty Ballet and I have Asylum waiting in the wings as well....
