I was makeing a Lemon Pepper Cream sauce. I've made it a hundred times but in my rush I squeezed some lemon juice in the cream. You are only suppose to put the zest in it. So now I have cheese. Lemon Pepper Cheese LMAO!!!
My husband makes cheese all the time but his is usally good flavors. Like basil and sundried tomatoe mozzerella or 5 herb goat cheese. I don't think anyone is going to be eating this Lemon pepper one.:)
