  • Try this recipe...bake a yellow cake after its been cooled off pour 1 can of evaporated milk 1 can of condensed milk and 1 cup of whole milk put whipped cream all on top of cake add fresh strawberries mixed with the strawberry glaze...yum and enjoy or you can add your own fruit topping. This is called "Tres Leches" cake ( 3 kinds of milk cake in Spanish ;)

  • @Butterfly1108 Is it not soggy with all that milk?

  • Tres Leches cake is delicious. It's not soggy, persay, but it's definitely not as dry as traditional cake. It's best served just out of the fridge. Leaving it at room temp too long will give you a sopping mess.

I'm making Sopapilla Cheesecake in a bit - essentially cream cheese squares.

  • Just a little but it is so good like Ginger0104 said it is better when it has been in the fridge for awhile make sure you spread all the milks evenly so you won't get some parts too wet. It is so easy and so quick.

  • Cake batter cookies. They're easy, and delicious.
    Ingredients:

    Yield:

    24

    cookies

1 (18 ounce) box cake mix, unprepared (any flavor)
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    2 large eggs

    Directions:

    1. Mix all ingredients well to remove lumps.
    2. Stir in raisins and/or nuts and/or chocolate chips if you so desire.
    3. Drop by teaspoonfuls on an ungreased baking sheet about 2-inches apart.
    4 Bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.

Some of my favorite combos include:
Devil's food cake mix with peanut butter chips
White cake mix with coconuts, white chocolate chips, and macadamia nuts
Funfetti cake mix, as it, no stir ins.
