  • No, there are legal factors as to why you can't record a conversation

  • I have a torch and I know you can't record the convo your having while on the phone. Look it up on crack berry. My suggestion would be to buy a voice recorder and put him on speaker phone.

  • I have a Torch. Mine has a record feature, but it doesn't work when there is a call. Mine is "Voice Notes Recorder."

  • There are no legal problems here. A doctor I used to work for has written a book. He wants to use me to make additions/changes, but we are 5+ hours apart. I don't have a transcription machine and I've been out of the typing business for too long to just type as he talks and thought it would be nice and clean and easy if I could just record what he says. He thought it was a good idea too.

I believe iPhone has at least one.
