What are you having for dinner tonight?

I'm making Crunchy Taco Hamburger Helper. My husband's been wanting it. =3

  • My fiance makes this amazing chicken dish: he seasons chicken breasts with creole seasoning & pan fries them, then tops them with mozzarella & bakes until the cheese melts. The chicken is served over angel hair pasta drizzled with olive oil. My favorite!! He made that for us tonight :)

  • I made a chicken green chili tater tot casserole with feta cheese. And it was GOOD! I am not feeling well today and forgot to take something out for dinner. I stood in front of the freezer tonight and found some cumin lime chicken I made for soup and some tater tots and the recipe just came to me. And it was super delicious!

  • I do not like Hamburger Helper one little bit. We made jambalaya. Yum

^^ I like it, but I have no idea what to put with it. I'm not good at sides, and most of my talent lies in baking, not cooking.
