  • tuna is fine.. if we are talking about the tuna from those little cans.

    any other fish with bones in it is a big NO! ;)

    I"m sure if you google it, you'll find other articles about how healthy fish can be, even for toddlers.

  • Remember FDA says kids and pregnant women should limit their Tuna intake to 2 servings a week because of mercury. I just heard that on "the doctors". Check this link to see what it says about fish and mercury.

  • I wouldn't give a 1 yo tuna from a can, but I do give my LO canned salmon.

  • My 16mo old eats fresh fish, like tilapia and salmon every now and then. I would ask first about tuna though?!
