I was wondering if i should be worried about when i got pregnant if an ultrasound dated me back to the time around when i think i got my period or did o conceive after my period the ultrasound just put me there? and i didnt tell them when my lmp was

  • An ultrasound done in the first 3 months of pregnancy is accurate + or - a week. If your are in your 3 trimester then ultrasound dates are not very reliable.

  • Pregnancy is counted from your last period. So if they're saying you're 6 weeks pregnant, for instance, and you think you had your period about 6 weeks ago, then it all adds up.
