  • Sometimes I throw in sauteed mushrooms! And for me, the spicier, the better.. So I add about 3 serrano peppers, chopped up finely. And the packet seasonings are great!

  • I make chicken fajitas all the time. They are a family favorite. I slice red, green, and yellow bell peppers, onion and chicken. I cook the chicken in one pan and the veggies in a separate pan so I know my chicken is cooked. When they are both done I add them together and add seasoned pepper to it. I have tried all the fajita seasoning packets and our favorite is just seasoned pepper and the veggies. When they are done dress them up with cheese, sour cream, salsa, or whatever you prefer. They are great. That's what i'm making tonight!

  • Cut up onions and bell peppers

Cut chicken into pieces and season with salt, pepper, garilic salt, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, and cumin. Cook chicken, Add in Onion and Bell until veggies are desired tenderness.

I always serve with sour cream, guacamole or avacado, cilantro, cheese and salsa.

We've also recently started using pita bread instead of tortillas. We have Fajita-pitas! It's a really yummy little twist!

    Good luck!
