Plenty often since all you get at our house is 2 cups of milk and if we have it 1 cup of juice. Everything else is water.

Everyday, several times a day. We buy bottled water and they drink from that. We dont do Kool aids, alot of juices or anything like that at all.

Everyday, several glasses a day...they actually ask for water most of the time when they want something to drink. We tried the Mio water enhancers and they are great, everybody in the house has a favorite flavor...we now buy these instead of kool-aid.

everyday at least 1 sippy full, and almost everything else he drinks is still watered down...the only thing that isnt is his milk
