  • Keep trying fresh fruit. Fresh berries in yogurt or with whip cream. Clementine oranges They are best in the winter months.

  • You could also try dried fruits, it looks just like the fruit so it's not like eating something that looks gross.. You could get natural cheese , whole grain crackers, they make the goldfish in the whole grain kind. Whole grain breads, and make toast and "all" fruit jelly, w/out sugar added. Or you could just get bananas, strawberries, and yogurt and make smoothies. Carrots are fun to dip in ranch dressing, and you could make the homemade ranch, instead of buying the bottle stuff that's loaded with preservatives. There are a lot of ways to keep it natural, and healthy, when you shop try staying on the perimeter of the store, that's where you'll find most of the stuff that's not processed, and better for your child.....

  • Things that are the least processed as possible, and no artificial colorings, or flavours. Check out the lable of yogurt and even the granola bars, you will be shockede at whats in things that seem to be healthy.
