Morning sickness?

I take the nausa medicine, i take my prenatals. but it just gets worse :(

  • Eat small protien filled meals and healthy snacks. Stay hydrated!!! It will get better!

  • sometimes funny little things work when medicine wont. preggo pops (the sell them at almost all maternity stores), lemonade, toast or crackers.... lemonade and preggo pops were my saviors with both my girls!!!

  • LET YOUR DOCTOR KNOW AS SOON AS YOU CAN YOU MIGHT HAVE HYPER MESIS! AND NEED MEDS FOR IT......and for food nothing that has a strong smell to it....maybe try crackers cheese bananas baked chicken rice stick with food that is pretty blan

  • really anything you can sorta stomach. Like I said protein....grilled chicken, cheese, eggs. If you can't stomach that(or other protien) simply try crackers, toast, applesauce, banana, oatmeal. It really helped me to eat frquently. It helps prevent blood suger highs/lows which helps with morning sickness. I found that if I let myself get hungrey, the sickness was worse. Even if you don't feel like eating, try to get a few bites in. What ever sounds half way decent. My co-worker loved a slice of bacon during the 1st few months. I loved eggs, most women can stomach that though....lol.

    Sip on ginger ale and try chewing pepermint gum.

  • yes yes yes eat all day long small amounts of food it will help tons if you do that cuz if you dont eat often you will fill worse and when you do eat u will prob end up thowing it up since your tummy was empty.....also helps prevent high/low blood sugars.....like pp says eat even if you dont want to
