Is it too late to breast feed at 8 weeks??

  • Has your milk dried up? If not, I'd give it a try.

  • Nope, you can do it. Google "relactation". Put baby to breast everytime it makes a peep and try pumping in between. Might have to supplement until baby is fully back on breast though.

  • Short answer, no.

    It will be harder to get your milk back, but not too late.

    Check with your local La Leche League for support and information :-)

  • Even if it is dry, you can still do it. Adoptive mom's that have never been pregnant can do it. If you have to, get a SNS(Supplemental Nursing System).
