Asleep Foot

If your foot falls asleep, what way do you think is best for it to wake up?

I usually just sit it on the floor and hold it still as much as possible until it's fully awake, while DH just stomps his on the floor until it's awake.

  • I sit very still, lol. It's excruciating when it starts to tingle and I move even slightly.

  • Ahh I read an article in Women's World magazine about some technique to "cure" a foot that fell asleep and I wanted to try it. I forget what it said to do though, and I can't for the life of me find the article!
