is it really equivilant to having a serving of veggies a day?

  • V8 has an insane amount of sodium!! That being said though there is a V8 low sodium. V8 provides 2 servings of veggies and It's loaded with heart-protecting lycopene, potassium, and antioxidant vitamins A and C.

  • Yes actually. but if you want to combined it with a serving of fruit, or don't really like tomato juice, i suggest you try their berry flavors. They are actually pretty good despite the fact they have veggies in it too!

  • Not really, you aren't getting the fiber from them, plus the "juice" is loaded with sodium and contains artificial crap. So no, it's not worth it, eat your real veggies.
