  • You could also put a drop or two of saline nose drops in each nostril. It'll help keep the nasal passages moist and relieve some congestion in the nose.

  • Put on a hot shower and bring her into the bathroom when its all steamy, and sit in there with her for a few minutes(dont put her in the shower lol use it as a steam room). then use the booger thing, and she will be all better =)

  • Boil the kettle and pour the hot water into the sink then very carefully hold her near it once the steam has slightly subsided as its still hot straight away. Also try being outdoors as often as poss, the fresh air may do the trick too.

  • Go to your pediatrician as soon as you can. In babies that young something small can turn into something big quickly.

  • Are you nursing? If you have any BM you can get out, put it in her nose(just a few drops). It has antibacterial properties and will help her clear up. And it is perfectly safe.

  • Call you pediatrician, he'll likely tell you to buy saline drops for her nose or Little Noses, and to use the aspirator. With a baby that small you always want to double check with the pediatrician.
