Go ahead and turn of the pilot light on the funrance just so...

the temps can drop overnight! WTH? It's been in the 70-80's and then this morning it's in the 50's. lol. It's all my fault for turning off the furnace... Hows your weather been?

  • our highs have been in the 40s-50s and yesterday morning it was 24. sunday morning it snowed a little bit.

  • I have never turned off the pilot light. I don't think you are supposed to do that! Just don't turn the heat on.

  • you actually can cut the gas off to the furnace so that the pilot light is not eating the gas. It saves a little money...  LINK
