I have a 2 mile race next week. I also have to meet a weight goal the same day, 2lbs less than what I weigh now. I have been not eating dinner to lose the weight, and it has been working. I have read to eat pasta the night before the race though, to perform at top standards. Do I eat or meet the weight goal? The weight goal is a requirement.
