What to use for teething.

We aren't quite there yet, but I just heard about orajel! I guess I was the last mommy to find out that we probably shouldn't be giving it to our babies. What worked best for you and your LO? Thanks :)

  • I hate how red neck this sounds lol but i was teethed on really tough beef jerky haha. just make sure it's a big enough piece not to choke on. I never had a teething problem with my daughter so can't give you advice on that.

  • Best thing I've found is the teething tablets, but be careful as they contain belladonna so give only the recommended dose and keep out of baby's reach. My LO loved them and kept asking "more?" and they really seem to soothe her. :)

  • Frozen or run under cold water and squeezed face clothes. DD loves to suck on it and the cold helps the pain. Also, she has a tooth brush that she chews on.
