If you are trying to lose fat (not necessarily weight, just extra fat) is whole milk bad for you?

I am trying to lose excess fat and was wondering if I drink whole milk if it will work against me.

  • whole milk is AT LEAST 4% fat - in many cases the fat content is much higher

  • Whole milk is 4% fat - skim milk will do better.
