Is there a food I can eat to help with acid reflux?

  • Before my husb. was placed on Prevacid, he drank 2% milk like crazy to help w/ that. There was no food that didn't trigger it for him, so we just had lots of milk on hand. The Prevacid allows him to eat or drink whatever he wants now. You may want to ask your Dr. about it. GL :)

  • I've heard a lot of people say to drink some water with a little baking soda in it to calm acid reflux symptoms...

  • i have bad acid reflux as well and the only thing that helps me is to stay away from high acidic foods and high fat content foods
