How long is wine or champagne good for after you open them?

  • Champagne only overnight in the fridge. It looses it's carbonation immediately & tastes terrible. Wine will last corked in the fridge a few weeks.

  • IMO 3 days tops..unless you have a way to rebottle&recork and getting all the air out.

  • Champagne not very long you can put a spoon in the bottle neck to make it last a little longer, but its best consumed right away, white wine in the fridge sealed will last quite some time and red wine sealed will also last.

  • Trick for keeping the bubbles in champagne - Put a spoon in the top of the bottle.
