Apparently it costs quite a bit to master the teleprompter, like $100,000 a year! And we're paying for it.

And, if you ladies were elected President, how many of you would give up tech support? Really. You can say you will until you are blue in the face, but noone believes that you really would.
The President earns $400,000/year but has to fork out over $625,000/yr of taxpayer money to write his speeches? Yea, that deserves laughs and sarcasm... If you don't like it, too bad... I would do the same at how much Bush, Clinton, etc paid on services.... Our nation is broke for a reason and Obama isn't helping LEAD a fiscally responsible and aware government... He is part of the problem.

According to a 2010 payroll report, the White House employs seven speechwriters earning a combined $624,200. The team is led by Jonathan E. Favreau, the director of speechwriting, who earns $172,200, according to the report, which was released by the White House. Two other senior presidential speechwriters are paid $100,000 each. A pair of presidential speechwriters are paid $75,000 each, and a speechwriter and speechwriting assistant earn $60,000 and $42,000, respectively.

I would venture to guess EVERY dollar doesn't count to this President and his fans... Whatever Bush could do, he can do spendier!!!
