Belly..

How would you exercise love handles? Its one of those things u need to slim but also get my tummy stronger.

  • xmama bellax is right-bellydancing is great to burn the fat and tone the muscle underneath. Doing the twist and yoga are other great ways as well as swimming. Basically, find exercises that use your core muscles while getting aerobic. Goodluck!

  • No, im not pregnant. But itbeen very hard to gwt my belly firmer and the love handles to go away after having 3 children. So ive been tryingto give me some me time in between, to helo me motivate myself and feel gd.
